For the lazy ones hoping to satisfy their munchies, Vancouver also boasts Medicated Pizza.

Cannabis is the plant of interest.

Cannabis (marijuana) is a genus that contains three species their hybrids which inherit mixed characteristics of the parent species. Most/all strains of marijuana sold in dispensaries will have some level of hybridization in their ancestry.

Cannabis sativa - Sativa

Day time: typically have a more uplifting feeling with more energy, can cause paranoia in some people.

Cannabis indica - Indica

Night time: used to wind down before bed Indica strains can cause couch-lock feeling and are only recommended for relaxation.

Cannabis ruderalis - Ruderalis

Lower THC content and considered a more wild breed of cannabis, in recent years it has been brought indoors to use it's traits to influence new strains.

From the Cannabis plant three classes of compounds are very important: terpenes, THC, and CBD's.

Terpenes: Each strain of cannabis has a different smell and taste defending on their terpene profiles, biochemical profiling in the Skunk and Purple Kush varieties has identified unique terpene profiles of limonene, α-pinene, β-myrcene, β-ocimene, α-terpinene, γ-terpinene ( Booth et al., 2017).

THC: Scientifically known as Δ9-Tetrahydrocannabinol (Δ9-THC) is just one many cannabinoids already identified in weed.

CBD: Cannabis also contains non-psychoactive cannabinoids with several medicinal functions including cannabidiol (CBD), cannabichromene (CBC), and cannabigerol (CBG), along with other non-cannabinoid constituents belonging to diverse classes of natural products.
